Our story · Our purpose
Care begins
with understanding.
Before the plan. Before the search.
Before the next big decision.
There is a person to get to know.
Nursing insight. Human understanding.
A life behind
every decision.
Kimberly’s career spans nursing, case management, senior care, and hospice experience. Across those settings, one thing holds true: families need to feel heard.
Care Matters brings that perspective to support at home, care transitions, senior living, and changing needs. The starting point is always the person and the life they want to live.
Kimberly’s role is to help families understand the care picture, connect the conversations, and move forward with greater clarity.
The people behind my purpose
Where it all began.
Mildred, lovingly called Millie, and Harry were Kimberly’s grandparents. Their place in her life is the personal inspiration she has shared behind Care Matters.
“They were my grandparents and they are my why.”

The way we work
Expertise is important.
So is how it feels.
Listen before advising.
Make room for the person’s preferences and the family’s real situation.
Make the complex clearer.
Turn a collection of concerns into more focused questions and next steps.
Keep the plan personal.
Revisit support as needs, priorities, and circumstances change.
A connected team, with clear roles
A warm welcome.
A practical next step.

You don’t have to make
the next decision alone.
Bring your questions. Your uncertainty. Your hopes for what comes next.
We’ll start right there.
